2. Overview

This website (eppologic.com and eppologic.de) presents the game studio Eppologic Studio. This website does not set cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services, loads no fonts, scripts or images from third-party servers and has no forms. If you switch the language, your browser remembers that choice only for the duration of the session (session storage); no data is sent to us.

3. Server log files

When you open this site, our web server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested page, amount of data transferred, status code, and browser and operating system information (user agent). We do this to run the site securely and reliably (troubleshooting, defending against attacks). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). The data is not combined with other data, not passed on, and only kept as long as needed for these purposes.

4. Contact by email

If you write to us, we process your details (email address, content of your message) to answer your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related requests. We delete the data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention duty applies.

5. External links

This site links to external services (for example Google Play, App Store). Once you click such a link, the privacy policy of that provider applies.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to the processing of your data. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW).
